Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving or purchasing your item to request a return for store credit or exchange. 

*Holiday returns are accepted until January 18th, 2026

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items with tags pinned or cut-off will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at beloved@belovedgiftboutique.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: #101, 122 - 4th Avenue SW High River, AB T1V 1R3

If your return is accepted instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided.

The amount of the store credit is applied only to the returned item and does not include any shipping costs you may incur. *Please note that you as the customer are responsible for return shipping costs.*

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at beloved@belovedgiftboutique.ca.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Consumable or perishable goods (such as food, beverages, and candy)
  • Custom products (like special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care items (including beauty products, perfumes, hair accessories, and eyeglasses)
  • All intimate apparel (such as bralettes, bodysuits, socks, undergarments, scarves, mittens, and hats)
  • Candles and diffusers
  • Accessories (like purses or wallets)

**Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Furthermore, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be sent store credit.
